个人简介：张琛，男，中共党员，2014年本科毕业于华中科技大学能源与动力工程，2018年-2019年美国纽约州立大学宾汉姆顿分校访问学者，2020年博士毕业于华中科技大学能源与动力工程，2020年-2022年华中科技大学电气博士后，2022年-今湖北工业大学电气与电子工程电气系教师。研究方向为新能源发电智慧运维、基于深度学习的故障智能诊断。已在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《Renewable Energy》、《Reliability Engineering and System Safety》等国内外知名期刊上发表SCI/EI论文18篇，其中一作12篇。主持横向科研项目2项，湖北工业大级项目1项，教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项。
